i think this is one of your best graphics to date! i really like the top and the hair is good too! there are still some things you need to work on, in my opinion, like shading under the chin/on the neck as a shadow of the head and more defined face shading. both of those are fairly simple to pick up so once you cover the small yet important details, i think your graphics will be amazing!
