The panties are transparent/sheer. In this graphic I tried to practise all my weaknesses: skin, hair and fur (which I've never drawn before). I think it turned out pretty good but the right hand is kinda off idk
love everything except for the hair and coat, it looks like you haven't even shaded or highlighted the hair and you've used a wrong technique for the fur coat, look at other designers work and how they have done coats and copy it :)everything else is nice though :)
I'm trying to figure out my own hair technique and I guess it'll take time until I accomplish to develop it and make good hair. I thought about shading the coat using the lasso but I wanted to try just doing it with a brush too. I'm happy you like the rest :)
I definitely wouldn't use a brush tool for the coat, the forehead shadings look very weird(hair doesn't give that much shadow, and the hair doesn't seem to have any perceptible realistic highlights or shadows. Though the graphic does have a certain flair to it.
It's not just the hair that defines how much light there will be on the forehead, it's also the model's position and where the light comes from. It was so in the reference too. Thanks for telling me your opinion.
I really like this and I see a definite improvement, although I must agree. Although the reference may have a certain amount of shading or lighting, it's still your graphic. If you think it has too much shading on the forehead (I do, I don't know if you do...) then change it so it looks better. It's about finding a good mix of using your reference and your own graphic mind! Other than that, the skin is great!
I really love this Helen! Good job :*

DeleteI thought the amount of shading was fine or else I would have minimized it a little. Thank you :)
