Fabulous, but I agree with Kirsten-- there needs to be a bit more shading, at least make your shading darker :) Also maybe adding a few fly aways in the hair, and you've got brilliant!
Nice, but I feel that the hair has like too many lines or something so it looks very rough, I don't know how to express that but I feel needs more like soft shading. I like the shirt (except for the model's left cuff) and the bag.Maybe the second finger on her right hand needs to be a bit thinner though. And yes more shading, at the neck especially, like others already said.Lastly, I love that effect you used to make the picture like old or something :)
It's a good effort, but you need to shade!
