I like the shades but it still looks to sharp those corners.

Stardoll's Next Top Graphic Designer - I'm surprised you haven't heard of it, most of the recent posts here relate to it.
DeleteIt's a BIG improvement. The shading is a little messy but an easy fix. Now increase your burns(highlights-I use that tool) and it'll be really nice. Good job!:D
